Does free shipping apply to every product?
It applies to most Festival Products and Pooja Items, across all festivals we cover: Varalakshmi Festival, Ganesha Chaturthi Festival, Navaratri Festival, Mahashivaratri Festival, Krishna Janmashtami Festival, Ayyappa Season, Tamil New Year, Ugadi Festival, Diwali Festival, Pongal Festival, and Karthigai Deepam. (Eligible Festival products and pooja items only.) Free shipping only applies to orders placed after your Srishti Elite membership purchase — it cannot be applied to orders placed before you joined.
Are any products not eligible for free shipping?
Yes — oversized, freight, or third-party items, perishable items, fresh garlands, fresh flowers, fresh leaves, and sweets & snacks may not qualify for free shipping.

Yes, sale and discounted items are eligible as long as your order total is $20 or more.

Can I cancel anytime?
It's a one-time annual purchase, not a recurring charge, so there's nothing to cancel — it simply runs for 365 days from your sign-up date and doesn't renew automatically.
Does Srishti Unlimited cover return or exchange shipping?
If an item arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement. If the product does not match your requirements, you're welcome to return it, but you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.
Can I share my membership with family?
Your membership is tied to a single billing and shipping address, so it can only be used by your household at that address.
When will my subscription be renewed?
Your subscription runs for one year from your sign-up date. We'll notify you when it's time to renew under the current membership terms.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
If an ordered product is unavailable, Srishti Elite reserves the right to cancel that order. We'll check with you before cancelling and give you the option to select an alternative product. If you need the exact same product, you'll need to wait until it's back in stock — otherwise, you can choose an alternate item, or check availability yourself and place a new order.
