Srishti COVID-19 Updated Return Policy
By considering the safety of our customers and staff we are not accepting any returns or exchange of any of our products until further notice.
- We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. If any damages and issues must be reported to us within 2 days with respected photo proof.
- Perishable products (such as flowers, plants, garlands) & Festival products are not returnable and refundable.
- Perishable Products: Coconut is a natural Product. 90% depends on nature to be a good coconut. 10% Srishti can make sure those are good.
- If you receive damaged goods, Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please save your shipping box and packaging because it will need to be inspected by the carrier. If the box is discarded, claims cannot be filled for damaged goods or items.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
