Return Policy

  • We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. If any damages and issues must be reported to us within 24 hours with respected photo proof.
  • 916 Pure Gold items & Pure Silver Items, Electronic Items are not returnable and refundable.
  • Perishable products (such as flowers, plants, garlands) and festival products are not returnable or refundable.
  • Perishable Products: Coconut is a natural Product. 90% depends on nature to be a good coconut. 10% Srishti can make sure those are good.
  • If you receive damaged goods, Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please save your shipping box and packaging because it will need to be inspected by the carrier. If the box is discarded, claims cannot be filled for damaged goods or items.
  • It's important to keep in mind that for returning products, there is a specific time frame within which the return needs to be made. If this time limit is exceeded, unfortunately, we won't be able to accept the return.
  • There is no return or exchange policy for any Wooden Products. 100% We will fix the damage and defects of the item because all our wood items are natural wood.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
