Flower Cancelation Policy
Flowers
1. Flowers order placed over the Online can be canceled anytime by Email us - [email protected] or through contact us page. Select Cancel the order.
2. Flowers order placed through Phone Orders can be canceled by calling SRISHTI within 48 hrs of the order placement.
3. Flower Preorder through phone and for local pickup can be canceled before two days of the order pickup.
4. Specialty Flower (that are made only for that customer) Pre Order through phone and for local pickup can 't canceled and Customers are agreeing to pay the full cost.
Garlands
1. Pre Order of Wedding Garlands and Specialty Garlands for the wedding or any special use can't be canceled and Customers are responsible for full payment.
2. Flowers are been customized in India and its been brought specially for the customers and we put a lot of effort to make the order fulfilled on time.
3. It's hard for us to cancel the order or to sell the garland in the market. So no refunds or cancellation allowed. We appreciate your support and understanding.
