Weekly Flowers Availability:
1. Our weekly shipment arrives on Wednesday from India to the USA.
2. The store will have stock and sales start from Wednesday evening.

4. The store usually has a stock of Button roses, Button rose garlands, Mango leaf, Arugampul, Neem leaf, Alammottu, Banyan leaf, Banana leaves, and other specialty products.
Pre-Order: 
1. Customers can place Pre-order with one of the Srishti locations with the guidelines outlined below.
(i) Pre-order can be placed with Srishti, 10 days Prior to the date of delivery.
(ii) Call or text us at (469-642-9097)/ Email us - [email protected] - with your list of pooja items and flower orders.
(iii) We will revert with the cost and availability of flowers with the pickup date or shipping date (if the order is for shipping).
Order Confirmation:
1. Upon the flower selection by the customer and the option, you choose Srishti will be sending the order confirmation as per the flower guidance.
Shipping Options:
1. By overnight.
2. By Aircargo (Pickup at Airport (Only for bulk orders)).
4. Please share your shipping option while you order it.
Terms and Condition for Flowers:
1. We will be assured that the flowers come safely and due to the career delay flowers are damaged are not responsible by Srishti.
2. You are agreeing not to make any dispute against on flowers order for any damages.
Srishti Cancelation Policy:
Flowers
1. Flowers order placed over the Online can be canceled anytime by Email us - [email protected] or through contact us page. Select Cancel the order.
2. Flowers order placed through Phone Orders can be canceled by calling SRISHTI within 48 hrs of the order placement.
3. Flower Preorder through phone and for local pickup can be canceled before two days of the order pickup.
4. Specialty Flower (that are made only for that customer) Pre Order through phone and for local pickup can 't canceled and Customers are agreeing to pay the full cost.
Garlands
1. Pre Order of Wedding Garlands and Specialty Garlands for the wedding or any special use can't be canceled and Customers are responsible for full payment.
2. Flowers are been customized in India and its been brought specially for the customers and we put a lot of effort to make the order fulfilled on time.
3. It's hard for us to cancel the order or to sell the garland in the market. So no refunds or cancellation allowed. We appreciate your support and understanding.
SRISHTI Flowers Cycle
Jasmine, Mullai, Jathi, and other string tied flowers:-
1. These flowers are grown in India.
2. We procure, inspect, clean and tie them in a great atmosphere.
3. Please understand, the flower life cycle is 6 business days.
Day 2 - For Shipping preparation and transit to the USA.
Day 3 - For Reaches USA from India and USA agriculture clearance as per the USA REGULATIONS.
Day 4 to Day 6 - For Sale in the USA.
4. We try our best to have it fresh and vibrant. Our Jasmine is famous for the smell.
5. We ship these flowers are very critical and it has to be shipped overnight with special packing.
6. Sometimes these flowers are damaged during transit, shipping carrier delay, and other various climatic reason.
7. We also understand the customer expectation and not intended to send spoiled flowers.
8. So we strongly recommend our Customers understand these processes and Journey of our flowers and support us.
9. Jasmine, Jathi, other delicate flowers turn yellow on Day 6+, so any customer is planning to use these above this period and SRISHTI is not responsible for freshness of flowers and no refund.

11. Loose Flowers - Lily, Chamanthi, Nandhiyavattam other specialty flowers stay fresh for 6 business days with proper cooling and handling.
12. Flowers and Garlands are coming from India, upon arrival USA agriculture team will inspect the flowers, upon clearance only we can able to deliver the flowers to Customer.
13. Srishti reserve to cancel any order anytime and shipping charges paid for delivering the flowers are not refundable for any time.
14. Pooja Coconut - SRISHTI is not responsible for spoiled coconuts as its nature's control and we do not have a way to see if its good coconut or bad coconut. We will try our best to find the best in the lot.
15. Betel leaf, Bilva Leaf- 100 % were refundable if you got damaged Leaves.
16. Garlands - If garlands are spoiled at the time of arrival, we will give you a full refund.
